Jack Reclamation Co., LLC was founded in 2020. At that time both Joshua and Dawn were on separate paths, professionally, but enjoyed working with materials and items that other people discarded or were no longer using and then reworking, restoring, and ultimately “reclaiming” them. They both knew that this would expand eventually.
In 2025, the expansion and transformation happened. They took the concept of changing reclaimed materials and moved that into the field that Joshua has been involved with for over 2 decades and then incorporated it with the not for profit and personal work Dawn has been engaged with; bringing them together into an organization that focuses on helping hard working organization embrace change and make individual (people), teams, organizational, and digital change work for them.

Joshua has spent nearly 30 years driving transformation in Metro Atlanta, working with Fortune 50 organizations and startups to boost effectiveness and profitability through innovative solutions. For the last 20 years, his focus has shifted to organizational modernization, digital strategy, and executive improvement.
With a background in family counseling and service, Joshua brings a unique approach to coaching and speaking on high-performing leadership teams, identifying practical solutions for impediments to modernization, and applying digital transformation across non-IT organizations. He uses humor, hands-on exercises, and practical knowledge to create an engaging atmosphere.
Outside of his professional life, Joshua lives with his wife, Dawn, and three grown children in rural West Georgia. When not writing at “JoshuaJack.com” or hosting the “Arguing Business over Bourbon” Podcast, he enjoys music, outdoor activities, and movies. His goal is to bring ease and excitement to his work, just as he strives to do in his personal life.

Dawn is currently working on her bio, but Joshua will tell you that she is amazing with people. From listening, building strategic engagement plans, and ultimately coaching/mentoring individuals and organization in how to be effective and relational at the same time.
